Where to find printarea guidelines of providers?

The printarea size should match the requirement of your fulfillment providers.

Dreamship

  1. Login to your Dreamship account at dreamship.com/app
  2. Search and select the product that you want to sell


  1. Scroll down to see the Printarea sizes table 


Customcat

  1. Login to your Customcat account at https://app.customcat.com/signin
  2. You can read about Customcat's Artwork Guidelines here
  3. Or you can search and select the product that you want to sell from the search bar


  1. You can see the recommended max print size below


Printful

  1. Login to your Printful account at printful.com
  2. Go to Product Catalog page > Search and select the product you want to sell 

  1. Scroll down to see the file guidelines


Picanova

  1. Solution 1: Read the print file guidelines here:
    1. US products 
    2. EU products
  2. Solution 2: 
    1. Login to Picanova account at https://api.picanova.com/login
    2. Go to API Documentation Page
    3. Scroll down to Products > Show product's variants 

    1. Click "Try it out" button > Fill in the Product ID > Click Execute


Ex: Product "Magic Mug"  - ID: 4. You can see the format width = 120mm & height = 85mm in the code description. 

 
Remember to convert in/cm/mm to pixel
